So I was feeling a bit crafty a while ago and decided to actually make a few things I had found on Pinterest. The first one was these magnets, because we were in desperate need of some more.

The idea on Pinterest was to put fabric or scrapbooking paper on the back of glass stones. But I didn't have scrapbooking paper and I didn't feel like digging through my fabric, so I used the ads that were sitting on the table... It made for some very odd magnets, but I actually really like some of them. Oh, and the green one with a flower was actually my test one to see if the magnets would actually be strong enough, 'cuz they didn't seem like they would be, so that wasn't from the ads. But whatever.

I also really wanted a wintery wreath to put on our door so that I could take down the Christmas one but not put up the spring one yet. So I found a tutorial for making one with coffee filters, and then I added the ribbon because it seemed pretty January-ish.

Chrisser didn't like the ribbon, but he didn't have to deal with it for very long, because I changed things up a bit for February.

It's kinda hard to see, but there are little pink spots all over it, which are sewing pins with pink heads that I stuck in it. Chrisser also thinks those are kinda funny, but I don't care. I like it.
